Apple Cider Vinegar you can get from most super markets or Whole Food Stores for about 3-5 Bucks!  That might be the least expensive yet most beneficial supplement out there.  Some people like the smell and taste of vinegar but some do not.  If your like me, you enjoy the burn when sipping it strait without any water, but it is also very effective when mixed with H2O!

So whats so special about Apple Cider Vinegar?  Being a Personal Trainer in Los Angeles I get to talk to some of the most in shape and healthy people.  Multiple people have told me about ACV, and how it helps them.  It has multiple uses and benefits, and here is a nice list of most of them.

 

1.Great for skin! Ingested or applied topically. Clears acne, contact dermatitis, warts, varicose veins, and other skin problems.

 

2. Helps clean out Liver and Kidneys!  Read – “Why The Liver Is Important For Burning Fat” –  To Find out why that is huge for burning fat!

 

3. Improves digestion.

 

4. Helps balance your Alkaline levels.

 

5. Helps remove toxins from your body.

6. Good for a Sore Throat!

 

7. A few lab studies have found that ACV may be able to kill cancer cells or slow their growth.

 

8.  Can help clear your sinuses.

 

9.  Helps ease night time leg cramps!

 

10. Can Actually cure Hiccups!

 

11. Great for whitening Teeth.

 

12. Helps slow down the rise of glucose after meals which helps to keep your blood sugar levels low, which helps you BURN FAT!

 

13. Used to ease arthritis, stiff joints, and gout.

 

14. Kills Candida (and yeast infections) and fungus, and populates the gut with friendly microflora (good bacteria and yeast). This usually stops sugar cravings as well. 

 

Even if ACV was just good for cleaning out your liver it would be worth it, but it has all these benefits and more!  This is why I’m such a fan of it.  Not only can it help change your life for the better and help you reach your fitness goals, but its super cheap!!
