KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY TO ENJOYING YOUR DIET!

Diet This Diet That, are you one of those people that are sick of the word diet?  I’m not! I just use it differently.  My diet consists of foods I love to eat and also foods that are exactly what my body needs!  When deciding on what to eat, start to think about what is the best possible thing you could ingest into your body according to when you last worked out.  I know that might sound tricky, but read it again charlie it makes perfect sense!  When you work out you are burning your sources of energy up and THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED.  If you burn carbs you will need carbs!  

I hate to burst your bubble but us humans were not designed to sit behind a desk for 8-10 hours a day.  That’s horrible for your back and if you don’t get any exercise, then your insides will stop functioning right.  Diet and Exercise go hand in hand and are both equally important in your quest to look and feel your best!

SO WHATS THE RIGHT DIET FOR YOU?

You could get hcg from Shop4diets or shed some LBS with Flor- Essence Detox Tea, but let me ask you some questions first! What do you do for a living? When in the day do you exercise, and how often a week?  Male or female and whats your age?  All these things and more are important variables to consider when deciding what foods should I find in your fridge!  The most important thing to have in your house and also in you is… KNOWLEDGE!!

It’s all according to your lifestyle. Did you know you can have certain foods that are considered forbidden like pasta and chocolate cake and have them actually aid in losing weight!  It’s just a matter of when you eat and when you are most active in the day.  You also need to know how many calories a day it takes to maintain your weight so that you can then figure out how many you need to lose weight. — Check the Tips of the day below–

 TIP OF THE DAY— Spicy foods like peppers and chili speed up your metabolism!!!   Just don’t go crazy with it or your gonna burn charlie!!

ANOTHER TIP OF THE DAY— 3,500 calories equals 1 lb .. Negative 3,500 calories means you lose a LB!! 3,500 divided by 7 days is 500 Calories a Day is all you need to be in deficit to Lose a LB a WEEK!  That’s why it is so important to know exactly how many calories you need according to your lifestyle.  Here’s a Calorie Calculator to help you out!

    well i did this one, their jump rope, and their day one swim suit wrk out. but i bought i jump rope nd i did it to the video like two to three times a day. it took me almsot two months though becuz i wasnt wrking or going to school so i was at home not doing much only the exercise nd watching what i eat. but i worked out everyday though.
