Here’s a killer leg exercise that will have those legs burning.
Perform a normal body weight squat keeping your back as strait as possible and push your butt out backwards to keep your knees behind your toes.
Now explode up and jump as high as you can!
When you land, do not land stiff legged but immediately go into the next body weight squat so your legs are acting like a spring absorbing the landing and pushing back up into the next jump.
Try doing this for 30 seconds and see how those legs feel. If you do a few sets of these you will really feel those legs burning and I promise you cannot burn calories any faster than this. Since the leg muscles are the biggest muscles we have, they burn the most calories! Have fun!
