    Could you give averages for elevls reached for exercises such as pushups, sit-ups, planks, bench presses, squats, deadlifts, bicep curls, lateral raises, 90 jogs, sprints as well as others that you think would provide a good indication of a person’s fitness level? If averages are not possible, could you give examples of individuals who have reached very high elevls of fitness?

        sorry to take so long to get back to you finals at shcool. my lifts at the gym have been all over the place, this is due to training for ultramarathons which I have been running since this video. I did my first ever 300# upper body lifts which was a huge jump for me. Since I have been taking time off of running my lifts are increasing again and I am getting new PBs. With a raw diet you must eat very hard if you are a lifter. as a result many serious lifters eat high raw.
